From 2015 to 2020, the founder worked within Swarovski Malaysia's Business-to-Business division, supporting Malaysian brand owners in incorporating crystal components into commercially produced products.
This role involved working closely with brand owners, designers and production teams across the Malaysian fashion and lifestyle industry — advising on crystal selection, design development and production planning from concept through to commercial delivery.
